The first floor of the West University Place home was damaged by Hurricane Harvey and completely remodeled.
The homeowners wanted to remodel their home into a space that was comfortable, functional, warm and inviting for family and friends get-togethers. They wanted a spacious kitchen to accommodate a lifelong love for cooking and sharing. High end custom Wood-Mode cabinets were installed in the kitchen with many storage features and pullouts. The backsplash is Ann Sacks-Capriccio Arabesco luxurious handcrafted tile. A laundry room off of the kitchen was converted into a butler’s pantry. There is a newly remodeled powder room and master bathroom with glass enclosed shower and dual sinks. Porcelain wood look tile was installed throughout the house.
